Returns Policy

If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us we promise to refund any items returned in a saleable condition. For UK & Republic of Ireland customers, please return items within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. For International customers, please return within 7 days of the date you receive your order.

Please note that any items that have been discounted are non-returnable. We also do not accept any returns on jewellery, swimwear or intimate items such as bodysuits for hygiene purposes. We reserve the rights not to refund or exchange for you if you return items to us outside of our returns policy.

Refunds may take up to 10 working days to be processed and your bank  may take a further 3-7 working days for your refund to show in your account

Any monies been refunded will be issued in full by the same method originally used by yourself to pay for your David Duggleby Movers and Storers purchase minus the postage fee.

Please Notify us prior to sending your items via removals@davidduggleby.com and send your full name, order number and the name or product code

Returns are made at your own cost. Please return your parcel using a standard trackable service and obtain a proof of postage receipt. We are not held responsible for any missing parcels on the customer’s behalf.

Late returns cannot be accepted after 14 days of receipt and they will be returned to you. If you have sent the items back within 14 days and they are late returning to us, you will need to send us a copy of your postage receipt to prove the date of postage.

Please note that returned items with free shipping codes will have the cost of postage deducted from the refund and will not receive free exchange postage.


Faulty or Incorrect Orders

Please contact David Duggleby Movers and Storers via removals@davidduggleby.com with your full name, order number and the name or product code of the item(s) affected, including the details of the problem so we can investigate this for you.

Then return the item to us following the returns procedure.
