Don’t worry I am not writing to complain I am writing to send my thanks for a cumulatively excellent service from the day I contacted your firm until today. It has been an absolute pleasure to have a firm do what it says it will do. From the first contact with Nichola as well as the assessor (Bill?) I was confident that what seemed like a complicated series of moves which  had plenty of moving parts any one of which might go wrong would be resolved satisfactorily .
